Small Dish: Cold steamed egg custard with sea bream and scallops, topped with salmon roe.
Sashimi: A four-item assortment featuring two types of Misaki tuna (lean and medium fatty cuts) and two types of fresh fish.
Main Dish: Sukiyaki Hot Pot with Kanagawa Prefecture-produced Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Beef) - Oyama Afuri Beef
